Returns & damage

Our preserved rose arrangements are final sale for changes of mind or personal preference. If your arrangement arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, email everboundlove@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the arrangement and packaging. Keep the item and packaging until we respond. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If we require a return for a verified issue, we will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our refund policy for full terms.
